No Returns Policy

All products sold by Shyam Kripa Creation are non-returnable. We request our customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• The item must be reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photographs of the damaged product via WhatsApp or email as proof.
• The exchange will be processed once our team verifies the damage.
• The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after verification.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Share your order number and photos of the damaged item.
3. Our team will review and confirm the exchange.
