🛒 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Payment must be done at the time of placing the order. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes. Once an order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue at the earliest.

📦 Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can use this to track your order in real time. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
🔁 Damaged Items & Exchange
What if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please report the damage within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the damaged product via WhatsApp or email as proof. Our team will review and confirm the exchange.
How quickly will my replacement be sent?
Once our team verifies the damage, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Do you accept returns?
All products are non-returnable. Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products. No exchange will be processed for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Are your products suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Our handcrafted devotional decor — including Nishaan flags, malas, brooches, wall hangings, and torans — make meaningful gifts for festivals, pujas, and temple occasions. If you're ordering as a gift, please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
